Sometime in the future, when you’re on Amazon.com browsing deals on electronics, you could swing over to the grocery section and get all the items on your shopping list delivered right to your front door. The service is called AmazonFresh and it’s been going on in Seattle for about five years.

Amazon.com Inc is planning a major roll-out of an online grocery business that it has been quietly developing for years, targeting one of the largest retail sectors yet to be upended by e-commerce, according to two people familiar with the situation.
It is rumored that Amazon is looking to expand to 40 markets, although they have been tight-lipped about exactly as to where these markets will be.
