Not only did Samsung announce a handful of new products yesterday at IFA in Berlin, they also gave some long-awaited details about the Android 4.3 update for the Galaxy SIII, Galaxy S4 and Note 2. Assuming no delays, they’re planning to have the update ready for customers next month. Android 4.3 was released initially by Google on July 24th, which amounts to roughly 90 days that it will have taken Samsung to integrate it with TouchWiz and fully prepare the update.
