Damaged iPhones Amount To $5.9 Billion Since 2007

Squaretrade, providers of warranties for gadgets, released a report claiming damaged iPhones cost consumers nearly $6 billion dollars since 2007.

The top 5 accidental damage scenarios they cite are:

1. “Fell out of my hand”
2. “Immersed in liquid”
3. “Fell out of my lap”
4. “Knocked off a table”
5. “Liquid spilled on it”
