The greatest thing about Netflix (in my opinion) is not necessarily the DVDs you can have sent to your door or the movies that are available to watch instantly (though those are both great), but the TV shows and seasons available to watch. This is, admittedly, the main reason I got into Netflix in the first place.
I first started off by watching all available seasons of 30 Rock, one of the funniest shows ever created by mankind (in my opinion). It didn’t take me very long to make it through all of the seasons that are available on Netflix, sometimes even reducing me to a Netflix-induced comatose state. But I loved every minute of it.
After watching all the seasons of 30 Rock, I wasn’t sure what to watch next. Nerdily, I opted to watch Battlestar Galactica. I am currently halfway through the 4th and final season, and it has managed to capture my attention and affection (for the most part. I have a bit of a problem with how tangled the storylines got but that’s a nerdy discussion for another time).
Once I finish Battlestar Galactica, I plan on watching Veronica Mars, as I’ve heard from a few different people that it’s a very good series that was cancelled too early.
But enough about me, I want to know what you use Netflix for! Are you a TV series junky like I am or do you use your subscription solely to watch movies? Or is it a mixture of both? Also, can you recommend any good TV series to me?
