Verizon Confirms LG G2 Will Launch September 12 for $199

LG G2 - Verizon 4G LTE

Earlier today, T-Mobile announced the LG G2 will be released in stores nationwide on September 25th. Not wanting to be left out, Verizon just sent a press release announcing availability of their version of the G2, which will go on sale Thursday, September 12th, one week from today. It will sell for $199 with a new two-year contract. Verizon didn’t give an off-contract full retail price for the G2.

It’s rare that Verizon beats T-Mobile to market with a new device, but we’re excited to see it (although still apprehensive about the multiple Verizon logos, but I digress). If you want to sign up to be notified when the G2 is officially available, you can hit the sign up page on Verizon’s site, here.
