Got Passbook? Add AmEx today, Starbucks by end of the month

Fans of Starbucks might have had a bit of disappointment when they fired up Passbook for the first time earlier this week and Starbucks was nowhere to be found. Yesterday, they sent out the above tweet letting us rest easy: it’ll be available in the next week or so.

Also, American Express users will be glad to see Passbook integration go live today. You’ll be able to view recent transactions and setup notifications of purchases. Initially, there’s no mention of using your AmEx to actually pay via Passbook, but that could be something they build up to later.
