You and your friends go to the same local hangout that you have gone to for years. Suddenly your realize you have hideous friends and you choose the break up the group or leave and go back to your dark home. This is what the hopes are for a community in South Wales that is having a problem with “yobs,” slang for hooligan or thug.
Neil McEvoy, a local resident said:

He is determined to help the problem and create a solution to the thug problem that they have had for years.
The lights have been made to enhance the acne and imperfections in ones complexion. The lights have been used and found effective in other local locations.
These are being placed parts of the community that have been on watch for quite some time and fall into line with a four year pact that has been set to help problem areas. It appears that not only are they installing these lights in local shops but that they are looking at installing them into street lamps.
That plan looks pretty promising. Hopefully they don’t start using high end face wash or learn to touch up their makeup before they notice the change.
