Samsung is hosting its annual Unpacked event on September 4th – just less than a month away – in Berlin, prior to the kickoff of IFA. It’s all but confirmed that they’ll introduce the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3, hinted at in the invitation above. They want you to “Note” the date.
So you’re probably curious what I’ve heard about the Note 3 so far. Here’s a quick run down on expected specs.
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor (quad-core 2.3ghz)
- 13 MP rear camera, much like the Galaxy S4
- 1920 x 1080 display, unknown size
It’ll have the usual goodies you’ve come to expect, as well as the extra gesture controls and S-services from Samsung. Below you can find a rendering of what it’s expected to look like, courtesy of DroidLife. I don’t know about you, but I think that’s one great looking phablet.
