When you think of modern-day geniuses, Steve Jobs is likely somewhere towards the top of your list. Yet, his high school GPA would seem to tell a different story. Where you may expect to see something in the 4.0 range, you’ll actually find an underwhelming 2.65. In letter grades, that means one of the greatest innovators of our time got mostly Bs and Cs.
Steve attended Homestead High School from 1968 to 1972.
You can find out more recently-revealed and previously-unknown nuggets about Steve Jobs in his FBI file, which was just recently released, here: Steven P. Jobs FBI File. Interesting to note: his yearbook photo (shown above) lists his name as “Stephen Jobs”, even though every record I can find has it spelled ‘Steven’.
