"Just received your product. I must tell you, it's a refreshing change to get something that's actually doing what it says!
I have used PDA phones since they started to come out. I fly airplanes for a living and walking around with a phone hanging off your belt is out of the question. It flies all over the flight deck putting on the shoulder harness and looks weird under your uniform jacket. So my phones always ended up in my bag or in my pocket. While not at work I spend a lot of time on my boat, who wants a phone holder hanging off your comfy cotton pants that falls off with every move you make?
Not five weeks after I got my new T-Mobile Shadow it had two major scratches in the screen. It appears that car keys and credit cards are not made to hang out with a phone in the same pocket! I decided to order your product, but didn't set my hopes too high. All previous screen protectors I tried ended up in the trash because they clouded up the screen too much.
When your product come in the mail I was immediately taken by it. Great look, great packaging, obviously something well thought out. And after installing your product I must say that I am impressed. My screen looks just as good as the day it came out of the factory. Scratches are invisible and the protective screen is completely invisible. I am so impressed I am going to order one for my iPod video today!"

One day while putting my child into her car seat I laid my phone on the hood of my car. Not realizing I had left the iPhone on the hood I proceeded to drive away. In fact, I got on hwy 59 and 288 in Houston. Once I realized where I had left my phone I thought for sure I had just lost and wasted $600 dollars, but I decided to pull over just in case. To my amazement after 15 miles of travel and reaching speeds of 80 mph my phone was still stuck to the roof of my car. This wonderful luck wasn't really luck at all. It was the invisibleSHEILD and the non-slipping characteristics of your product. Without the invisibleSHEILD on my phone I would have lost my brand new $600 phone. I keep my phone in my pocket vs. a belt case etc. I tried an expensive leather case, but proved to be to bulky in my pocket. I came across your product on the internet, purchased it and installed it. "I just wanted to send you a note to tell you how much I like the Invisible Shield products. I bought my first one for a 60GB iPod Video because cases made it too bulky to fit in my pockets. I had read about your products online and thought I would give it a shot. I used to apply vinyl graphics and tint auto windows, and I found your applying your products to be similar. More than enough solution is provided, and the squeegee is more than adequate for the job. Overall, I feel that your products are easy to apply, and the instructions are well written for both first-timers, and for those who have applied vinyl or tinted windows before.
My second purchase was for a Razr. Thanks to Motorola's many variants with slightly different hole placements, I ordered the wrong one. I tried to apply it but the holes did not line up. I made a call to your customer service line and they replaced it with the correct one for free. They did this even though it was my fault that I ordered the wrong one, and even though I tried to apply it and it could no longer be used. That is fantastic customer service, something that is very hard to come by in this day of lowest prices at all costs. It made me a customer for life.
My iPod and Razr shields held up incredibly well and led me to order a few more shields for myself: Sirius Sportster Replay, 1.5 Camera LCD, PSP full face, DS Lite full body, StreetPilot 330C, Blackberry Curve full body, and MacBook Pro full body. I purchased a full body for my sister's MacBook, and a full body for my mom's iPod Nano. After seeing it on my iPod, a coworker bought a full body for his 80GB iPod Video, and another bought two full bodies for his two iPhones. I just purchased a full body for the Olympus 770SW camera I just got, and I will be ordering a full body for the 160GB iPod Classic I am ordering next week.
I have had to send two back for replacement due to having to send the devices in for service. One was my MacBook Pro, which only had the shield on for a couple of days, so I can't judge the reliability. The other is for my DS Lite. I have a white DS, and the shield turned a little yellowish. When one of the buttons stopped working, I was afraid to peel off the shield because I was afraid that maybe the DS itself had yellowed. Well, my worries were unfounded. I peeled off the shield and found that everywhere the shield had been, it looked like it was brand new. The shield yellowed a little, which was no big deal, but the DS itself was in perfect condition. A more than fair trade off in my opinion.
Commend your customer service team for me, they are always a pleasure to deal with. Also, commend whoever sets up the templates for the shields, as the products always fit great. "

"I've used these (and continue to) with my iPod (x2). It really protects it against scratches, I've dropped the poor thing a few times and it continues unscathed! HIGHLY recommended. I once had one on my 1st gen nano's and was selling it to a coworker. I took off the skin and she was like "whoa, looks like new, not a scratch". I never did tell her about it haha."

"I can not begin to tell you how happy I am with your service and your product will soon prove to be a real life saver I can already tell, I have a 200$ zune and when you have something that expensive with you everyday it is bound to get beat around and bulky cases are just annoying and don't really help with certain things, plus belt clips break ALOT. With this I can throw it in my pocket without having to worry about it getting scratched. I am so glad I spent the 30$ for this it was indeed a investment and trust me I will be telling anyone who has a expensive electronic to look you up. "How well does it work? Well, I admire the salesperson's demonstration. He had a Tupperware container filled with screws, and he put his own phone in there. Then he shook it up for a while, and there was not a scratch on it.
I thought that was pretty impressive, so I asked them it can protect touch screens, such as the iPhone. They said it was perfect for it, and it was even good for removing smudges. All someone had to do was wipe the device coated with invisibleSHIELD™ on their sleeve, and it removes prints and smudges perfectly. "

"We posted about this before, but it's always good to see these things with your own eyes. I had a quick demo of the Invisible Shield film from zagg and I must say I'm impressed. Imagine a transparent flexible film. Now stretch it over he point of a car key and pull both sides down. Really, really hard. The film had a slight dent when we finished but other than that it was basically unmarked. Very cool stuff indeed!"
