"I am emailing my thanks for creating such a sweet product. I purchased the full-body invisibleSHIELD™ for my iPod touch and applied it 2 days ago. I didn't wait the indicated 24 hours for the shield to set but rather used my iPod within 6 hours. At first I was a little disappointed that I wasn't able to get all the bubbles out from under the shield and that the area under the home button wouldn't seal tight. However, as I sit here now looking at my iPod it looks spectacular.
I no longer have to worry about keeping my iPod safe as I transfer it in and out of my pocket and in and out of my car.
I'm very happy with this product and I wish your company good luck with your new "public" status."

"I was a huge skeptic ... some thin plastic film company boasting/touting superior protection for my hugely expensive new Macbook Air ... no way in heck!
Well, I certainly wasn't about to add any shabby-cheap bulk to my new, sveltely, gorgeous machine, i.e. with some thick, clunky, plastic shell (that will surely be released in time), which would only distort the sleek aluminum silhouette of my MBA, so what then to do???

"Okay, if you haven't known, I have bad luck with electronics/products, and I end up calling customer service numbers a lot. Recently, my invisibleSHIELD™ got a small nick in the back, and the front cover started lifting and getting dirt stuck under it. I called them and they said to bring it to their office, since I live a block from it, and they took it, and by the time I ran 1 errand, I stopped by and they had it completely finished, and professionally installed. (Much better than what I did, I have to say) and it only cost me $5, and that was for just the installation. I have to say that they have the best customer support that I have ever seen. They didn't have a single problem with replacing it."
