Position Summary

 ZAGG Inc. home of the invisibleSHIELD and many other products for your personal gadgets is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Web Designer.

Essential Job Functions

·         Design online marketing applications, components, and emails

·         Use the best practices and design methods to utilize and insure the success of the projects

·         The ability to create web applications and components from the requirements stage, through design and through production deployment 

Requirements

·         Experience in developing websites, web applications and marketing emails

·         Minimum 2 years of web design and development experience

·         Solid understanding of navigation and GU for maximizing usability

·         Front end and some back-end development experience

·         Extremely detail oriented

·         Must be a team player and a self-starter

·         Ability to work independently

·         Ability to be well organized in a fast paced environment

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for ensuring timely vendor invoice processing and payments, reconcile and resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships.

            Essential Job Functions

·         Accurately code vendor invoices and enter into accounting system

·         Assist in weekly check runs, matching and filing backup

·         Maintain and organize vendor files

·         Handle vendor inquires and reconcile accounts

Requirements

·         Prior experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable, minimum 4 years combine work/school

·         Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Great Plains experience preferred

Position Summary

Perform a wide range of administrative and project support activities for a growing product segment.

Essential Job Functions

· Assist in managing and coordinating various new projects for the product development team

·Manage production schedules on new projects

·Create detailed timelines and Gantt charts for new projects

·Act as liaison between ZAGG, manufacturers, subcontractors, and developers

·Perform administrative tasks for the director of product development

Requirements

· Highly self-motivated and proactive

·General knowledge of manufacturing and scheduling

·Experience working with manufacturers

·Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience

·Have an understanding of components and specs of electronic accessories.

·Must have a love for technology, products and accessories.

Customer Service Phone Representative

ZAGG Inc, home of the invisibleSHIELD, has immediate openings for Customer Service Phone Representatives.

Open Shifts: 7:45am - 4:45 (Monday through Friday)
Training Schedule: Starts Tuesday, February 14th through Monday, February 27th, 9am - 5pm.

1 year minimum experience working in a Customer Service Call Center, and 1 year experience with up-selling or sales. Must type a minimum of 50 WPM and display proper grammar both written and verbal. Duties include answering phones to assist our web customers with product information, warranty & refund requests, installation assistance, and other customer service-related issues. Additionally, we expect all call center agents to up-sell other ZAGG products and meet certain sales quotas each week. Training is provided.

Must be able to start February 14th!

$11.00/hr to start. $11.50/hr after the first 60 days. $12/hr after 6 months. Competitive pay and incentives.

Position Summary

Ifrogz Inc., is looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the order fulfillment process including order entry, administration, and shipping. They will oversee the order tracking process and ensure orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards. They will also need to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. Being proactive and accountable in resolving questions and concerns of customers is essential

Essential Job Functions

· Ability to establish priorities and manage time effectively

· Respond in a timely manner to customers

· Compile and organize requested information for the Sales Department

· Perform a variety of tasks

             Requirements

·High School Diploma

·Demonstrated experience in customer service
