Team Lead of Shipping

Presently seeking a new Team Lead of Shipping. This is an entry-level management position with 1-2 years of management/related experience required.

Responsibilities include:

• Energizing the shipping personnel and providing leadership, training, and support
• Overseeing daily activities of the “internet sales” and “wholesale” order fulfillment teams
• Leading weekly training meetings with the shipping team
• Generating weekly reports from the “CSR tracking spreadsheet”, to review shipping error with your team
• Coordinating efforts directly with the Director of Operations (including shipping contracts)
• Compiling and analyzing shipping data for development and improvement of processes and efficiency

Skills required:

• Energetic and excited, with team-leading abilities
• Strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills
• Typing, database management, and Microsoft Office proficiency
