Q: Am I responsible to pay the shipping price to mail back the ZAGG product I am returning for a refund?

A: Yes. However, we do not require any kind of special shipping method, but we do suggest a trackable method. For invisibleSHIELD returns, it is acceptable to put the invisibleSHIELD pieces on a piece of paper and to mail it back in a normal-sized envelop with a regular stamp.

Q: If I haven’t opened the product and would like to send it back by either refusing the package writing “Return To Sender” on it - is that acceptable?

A: Any mail that is refused, or marked 'return to sender,' or sent 'postage due' will have a deduction of that postage amount from any refund. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Q: If I purchased this at a retail location, why can't ZAGG, Inc refund my money? Why do I have to go back to the retail store?

A: Because the original cash, gift card, check, or credit card transaction happened at the retail store, only the retail store has the ability to refund the money you paid to them. ZAGG, Inc, was not involved in the direct transaction and, therefore, does not have the means to extend the refund.

Q: What does the warranty NOT cover?

A: Installation errors are not covered by the replacement guarantee. This includes bubbles under the invisibleSHIELD film, as well as incorrect alignment of the shield on your device. Please read the application instructions carefully, or watch our installation instruction videos, before installing your invisibleSHIELD.

Please note our liability is solely for the invisibleSHIELD and does not extend to electronic devices.

Q: Does it cost anything to get a replacement?

A:Per the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, your replacement invisibleSHIELD is free. To process your replacement request, the credit or debit card of your choice will be charged a minimal shipping & handling fee, and pre-authorized for the full retail amount of the invisibleSHIELD you are replacing. The temporary hold on these funds will "fall off" (or be released) if you return your original invisibleSHIELD within 25 days of making your replacement request. Please note that you must return your original invisibleSHIELD within 25 days or your card will be charged the full authorized amount.

Q: Why do I have to send it back?

Should our products cease to function properly, we are pleased to offer a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty on your ZAGGaudio products. ZAGG will replace your ZAGGaudio equipment at no charge if it does not function at its fullest potential.
