A: If your invisibleSHIELD ever becomes scratched, torn, or damaged while protecting your device, we offer you a free invisibleSHIELD replacement for as long as you own your device. You are qualified for a free replacement if your shield was damaged while protecting your device.

Q: I purchased my invisibleSHIELD on ZAGG.com. How do I get a replacement?

A: Please follow the steps below.

  1. Request a free replacement by clicking here.
  2. Provide a credit or debit card. This card will be charged for the shipping & handling of your replacement order. Additionally, your card will be pre-authorized for the retail value of the invisibleSHIELD you are replacing.*
  3. When your replacement arrives, please return the original to keep your warranty intact.**

Q: I did not purchase my invisibleSHIELD on ZAGG.com. How do I get a replacement?

A: Please follow the steps below.

Q: Why do I have to send it back?

A:Returning your original invisibleSHIELD will keep your lifetime replacement guarantee intact. Additionally, we are doing our part in saving the planet by recycling invisibleSHIELDs.

Q: What does the warranty NOT cover?

A: Installation errors are not covered by the replacement guarantee. This includes bubbles under the invisibleSHIELD film, as well as incorrect alignment of the shield on your device. Please read the application instructions carefully, or watch our installation instruction videos, before installing your invisibleSHIELD.

* Please note our liability is solely for the invisibleSHIELD and does not extend to electronic devices.

* Per the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, your replacement invisibleSHIELD is free! To process your replacement request, the credit or debit card of your choice will be charged a minimal shipping & handling fee, and pre-authorized for the full retail amount of the invisibleSHIELD you are replacing. The temporary hold on these funds will "fall off" (or be released) if you return your original invisibleSHIELD within 25 days of making your replacement request. Q: What does the warranty NOT cover?

A: Manufacturer upgrades, or lost accessories, such as, equipment bags or Z.bud rubber earpieces, are not covered by the 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. Additionally, color change preferences, or lost or stolen equipment are not covered.

Q: Why do I have to send it back?

A: Returning your original ZAGGaudio equipment within 25 days of making your replacement request will ensure the release of the pre-authorized funds on your credit or debit card. Additionally, this will keep your 1 Year Manufacturerâ„¢s Warranty intact for future replacements, if necessary.

* During the automated process, please be aware that the credit or debit card of your choice will be pre-authorized for the retail amount of the ZAGGaudio equipment you are replacing. The temporary hold on these funds will fall off, (or be released) if you return your original ZAGGaudio equipment within 25 days of making your replacement request. ** For purchases made on zagg.com, please return your original ZAGGaudio product once your new one arrives, within 25 days of making your replacement request. For purchases made anywhere else but zagg.com, please mail your original product back to our office using the return address below. Once we have received your ZAGGaudio product back to our office, we will ship your new equipment at no charge.
