Refund Policy

ZAGG will extend a refund to anyone who meets our refund policy criteria as explained below.

Please note that ZAGG's refund policy only applies to ZAGG product purchases made from ZAGG.com.

  1. You will be required to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us to obtain an RA number.
  2. Mail back original product. Please send back your original product that is being replaced to the following address:

    Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping back to our facility. Any mail that is refused, or marked 'return to sender,' or sent 'postage due' will have a deduction of that postage amount from any refund. We regret any inconvenience this may cause

  3. Please include your original sales receipt or zagg.com order # and your RA number.
  4. Please give a reason why you are requesting a refund. Your input is EXTREMELY important to us. We strive to do everything within our power to improve both our products and our service.

*All orders will be refunded to the Credit Card with which they were purchased, unless otherwise approved.

*There are no "re-stocking" fees or any hidden fees.
