If you would like to request a warranty replacement for your product, please follow the steps below:
Log in to My Account by clicking here.
Locate the order you need a replacement from and click "replace".
Click the "Replace" button next to the product.
Follow the prompts from there.
Please repeat these steps for any additional replacements you currently need.
During the warranty replacement request process you will be asked to provide a credit or debit card. Your card will be charged a minimal shipping & handling fee. Additionally, your card will be pre-authorized for the retail value of the product you are replacing. You will have 25 days to return your original product. When received, the pre-authorized charge on your credit or debit card will be removed. Your card will be charged in full if the original product is not returned within 25 days.

Create an account & register a product:

After creating an account click "Register". You will be directed to the Product Registration page.
Select your product from the drop down menu, and click "Register" to complete your product registration.
After registering your product you be directed to the View Order page. From there you can click "replace" to submit a warranty repalcement request
