How many charge cycles can I get out of my juice pack case? Or, in other words, how long will the juice pack case last?
You can recharge your juice pack case for over 500 full cycles. A full cycle is when you recharge the case from 0% to 100%. Partial cycles, like charging from 25% to 100%, will not count as a full cycle until all of the partials equal 100%.
For example, if you recharge from 25% to 100% one day (a 75% charge), then a couple of days later you recharge from 50% to 100% (a 50% charge), and a few days after that you recharge from 25% to 100% again (another 75% charge), you will have recharged two full cycles over that period (75% + 50% + 75% = 200%).
After 500 full cycles, the battery in the juice pack case may provide less than 75% of its original capacity. This is normal for any product with a lithium polymer battery.
Can I listen to music by plugging my Lightning headphones into the juice pack air Lightning Connector?
No. The juice pack Lightning connector does not pass audio from the phone. To use your Lightning headphones please remove the phone from the juice pack case.
