Is the powerstation wireless XL battery compatible with my device?
The powerstation plus XL battery will wirelessly charge any Qi-enabled iPhone, mophie juice pack case with wireless charging or other Qi‐enabled device. The battery also features a USB‐C input/output port that is compatible with most USB devices.
Will my powerstation wireless XL battery charge my iPhone or my iPad?
You bet. After you fully charge your mophie powerstation wireless XL battery it can provide up to 55 hours of extra battery* for an iPhone Xs, up to 14 hours of extra battery* for an iPad mini and up to 10 hours of extra battery* for an iPad Pro 11‐inch. (*The amount of extra battery you receive depends on a variety of factors that are different for every user.)
Will the powerstation wireless XL battery fast charge my device?
The powerstation wireless XL battery supports USB Power Delivery (USB‐PD) fast charge for iPhone 8 or later if you use a mophie or Apple USB‐C to Lightning cable to connect your iPhone to the battery’s USB‐C port. For example, the powerstation wireless XL battery can charge an iPhone Xs from 0% charge up to 50% charge in 30 minutes when using USB‐C to Lightning cable. (Results will vary by charging configuration and device.)
Once I connect my device(s) to my powerstation wireless XL battery, how do I start charging?
Simply press the battery’s status indicator button for 3 seconds to begin charging your device.
How do I use my powerstation wireless XL battery to wirelessly charge my Qi‐enabled iPhone?
After fully charging the powerstation wireless XL battery, place your iPhone with wireless charging or other Qi‐ enabled device on top of it. Make sure the center of the iPhone (or the center of the device’s charging coil) is aligned over the mophie logo on top of the battery. Then press the battery’s status indicator button for 3 seconds to activate wireless charging.
Can my powerstation wireless XL battery charge multiple devices at once?
Yes. You can wirelessly charge a device at the same time you’re charging a wired device from the battery’s USB‐C port.
Can I recharge my battery from a computer’s USB port?
The powerstation wireless XL battery will not effectively recharge from a computer’s USB port. We recommend using a wall charger or wireless charging pad to recharge your battery.
Why aren’t the LEDs blinking while my powerstation wireless XL battery is recharging?
After connecting your battery to a power source or setting it on a wireless charging pad to recharge, the LED status indicators will start blinking to indicate that it’s recharging. The lights will turn off after 30 seconds, so they don’t distract you from your other activities while the battery recharges. Remember to check the status indicator before you disconnect. When all four LEDs are lit, your powerstation wireless XL battery is fully charged.
Can I charge my iPhone while recharging my powerstation wireless XL battery (Priority+ charging)?
Yes. When you’re recharging your powerstation wireless XL battery (either wired or wirelessly), Priority+ charging provides power to a Qi‐enabled iPhone or other wireless device that the powerstation wireless XL battery is wirelessly charging, before the powerstation wireless XL battery itself starts to recharge.
