ZAGG brands Social Media Competition T&Cs

By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK who are over 18 years of age (except for employees and their families, of the Promoter and their group of companies) with only one entry allowed per person.
2. To participate in this promotion, entrants are required to:
• Fill out the form with their details
3. Only 1 (one) entry per person will be eligible for entry into the competition for the prize draw.
4. The promotion opens on 22/05/2020 (22^nd May 2020) and the closing date for entries is 23:59 (GMT) on 22/06/2020 (22^nd June 2020).
5. 1 (one) winner will be randomly selected at the discretion of ZAGG brands, based on eligible entry form submissions, following the close of the competition.
6. The winner will be notified by the 26/06/2020 (26^th June 2020) via telephone or email, by the Promoter, and will be required to complete a test of skill question, in order to claim their prize. 
7. The prize awarded to the selected winner will be a mobile accessories bundle including 1 Braven speaker, 1 iPad keyboard, 1 wireless charger, 1 Antibacterial phone case, 1 Pair of wireless headphones to the value of £550. The prize will be redeemable as a gift voucher on zagg.com
8. The selected winner will be asked to acknowledge their prize by 23:59 (GMT) on the 29/06/2020 (29^th June 2020). If the promoter does not receive confirmation from winner that they acknowledge the prize by this time, the promoter reserves the right withdraw the offer/prize.
9. The decision of the promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of this promotion.
10. ZAGG brands [the Promoter] reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equivalent value and/or specification. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
