I am having the most difficult time pairing my ifrogz with my phone, or any phone, laptop, tablet or home computer. Place give me step by step, detailed instruction on how to pair with ifrogz.

To start, make sure your device's Bluetooth is on. Once you do that, you are ready to pair your device. Simply hold down the power button on your headphones. At this point, you will see a blue light blinking. Your headphones can now be paired to your device. If you have tried these steps, and cannot connect, please contact our Technical Support team at 800-700-9244 as they can best advise on what the issue may be.

I picked up the Impulse wireless at best buy after returning my new bose wireless(to big) Im a distance runner it hard to find something comfortable and will fit in my ear I have to say these impulse wireless ROCK! I am extremely happy with the quality

Can I answer the phone and talk with this device? I did not see a mic port.

You can answer with your earbuds, however you will need to speak through your phone. The audio will come through the earbuds, but will not go out from the earbuds.
