It's easy to apply, and it definitely keeps my screen looking like it's brand new.Date published: 2016-12-19Rated 5 out of 5 by Naynay1529 from easy effective safe Bought it for my husbands new phone and it works just as they say i wont go anywhere else for my screen protectors!!!Date published: 2016-12-08Rated 5 out of 5 by Charity from Barely noticeable I bought this a couple months ago and often forget its even on my screen. I was hesitant to purchase one because I though my it would look bad, but considering my last phone had to be replaced due to a shattered screen looks were not top priority. With that being said, I bought it and am glad I did. I don't even notice it and feel better about my phones protection.Date published: 2016-11-13Rated 5 out of 5 by GPAZ3 from Great performance I purchased this item because it performed very well on my last phone, it lasted 6 years without a scratch.Date published: 2016-11-10Rated 5 out of 5 by Shazbov from Customer service My glass shield smashed and the customer service I received from Scott was superb. Can’t imagine why anyone would NOT get one !!Date published: 2017-10-05Rated 4 out of 5 by SuperMom4 from Nice but visible I ordered a replacement...my first one saved my screen from cracking. However the new one is super glossy and has an orange peel effect despite the extreme effort made to clean the screen and apply as directed. I've always used Invisible Sheild tempered glass ever since I've had expensive phones and they've always been reliable. Any time I dropped my phone the tempered glass has done its job and broke first. It's held up good against scratches for the most part but eventually does scratch on the corners (hence my 4-stars.) This product has definitely saved me money in the long run and I will continue to use them and replace them when needed. Thanks ZAGG!Date published: 2017-05-12Rated 4 out of 5 by Jessica84 from Good, not great Loved previous screen protectors (same zagg product, different model phone) so I didn't think twice about what to put on my new iPhone 7 back in October. I saw that it was "case-friendly" so I purchased it. Like previously purchased protectors, the material is great. Seems almost sticky at first but nice and smooth after you get used to the feel of the material. Easy to apply and looks great. I felt comfortable with the protection it provided, along with my case. Cons: After a couple months the edge on the right side started bubbling. I found out quickly what "case-friendly" meant as there is some space between the edge of the protector and the edge of the screen meaning it's not protected. Survived numerous drops with no issue until it hit that unprotected part and now my screen is cracked. I want to get it replaced but am wondering if I should pay the difference for a more expensive model, assuming they have one that goes edge to edgeDate published: 2017-04-11Rated 4 out of 5 by Cristina M from I bought this back in September when I purchased my iPhone 7, it survived nurmerous drops without cracking but eventually I just recently dropped my phone in a parking lot and cracked the tempered glass. Of course it saved the screen of my phone! The warranty replacement process is so quick and easy. I'd recommend to anyone purchasing a screen proctector for their phone!Date published: 2017-03-26Rated 4 out of 5 by catpizza from Great value. I like it even better than the HDX I got this for my iPhone 7, after using the more expensive InvisibleShield HDX on my previous iPhone. THE GOOD: 1.) The wet adhesive used to apply this one seals it to my phone's screen so much better than the dry adhesive on the HDX did. A few hours after applying this one, not a single bubble remained beneath the protector. The HDX, on the other hand, never did completely seal onto the screen in a few small spots, especially near the edge of the protector. This made it look ugly. 2.) This protector is nearly invisble unless you're really trying to look for it, unlike the HDX, which was very noticeable. This one really lets the beauty of your device shine. 3.) It was so easy to align during installation due to the backing tabs. 4.) It heals itself from minor scratches and abrasions. 5.) It won't crack or shatter like the tempered glass screen protectors can. 6.) It's the least expensive of the InvisibleShields. 7.) It keeps dust from accumulating around the front perimeter of my iPhone's screen, where my protective case meets the phone. When I wasn't using a screen protector, the dust would build up all around that perimeter. 8.) It presumably will protect my screen from getting scratched or cracked, though I've not yet "tested" its durability ;) 9.) Great warranty THE BAD: 1.) It has a slightly streaky appearance when the light hits it just right, like the HDX did (but I think the HDX's streakiness was worse). This doesn't affect the transparency of the protector though. 2.) It has a very slight but still noticeable speckled/textured look about it, so that objects on the screen don't look quite as sharp or bright as they do without a protector. So it slightly diminishes the quality of the iPhone's razor-sharp, vibrant retina display. It's mainly noticeable when the screen is showing large sections of one solid color (such as a blank white screen). I think the HDX showed a slightly brighter screen than this one, but it was just as textured as this. 3.) It doesn't feel as silky smooth as the iPhone's bare screen. It reminds me of shiny vinyl rubber, in that it's really smooth yet slightly "sticky", which means that sometimes your fingertip "hops" across the screen instead of effortlessly gliding across it when swiping. This was also the case with the HDX. OTHER OBSERVATIONS: 1.) It has a plastic, chemical scent to it. But this may fade over time. 2.) The case-friendly version of this InvisibleShield leaves a generous 1/8-inch of screen exposed surrounding its perimeter. 3.) It seems thinner than the HDX, which makes it less noticeable, but also may provide less protection. 4.) It covers my iPhone's front-facing (selfie) camera lens, but doesn't cover the proximity or ambient light sensors. Nevertheless, it doesn't degrade the selfie camera's image quality at all. 5.) And lastly, be sure to remove the yellow-colored backing from the protector after installing it onto your screen. At first I thought this backing was the protector itself, and it looked terrible on my phone. So I went to remove it and found that the actual protector was already on my screen and I just needed to remove that backing. Overall, I really like the Original InvisibleShield. Can't help but wonder if the InvisibleShield HD is even better though.Date published: 2016-12-07Rated 4 out of 5 by olive101 from Love! Great screen protector. Very easy to install! Only 4 stars because even though it says compatible with the iPhone 7, it is slightly too small and doesn't quite cover as much as I expected, but still does the job!Date published: 2016-11-04Rated 3 out of 5 by JodyPP from Protects well, but Extremely hard to put on. It has protected my iPad but we are on our third one on the watch and the one I bought for the iPhone 7 ended up in the trash before I could ask for a replacement.Date published: 2018-05-09Rated 3 out of 5 by Morgan456 from Cover lifts I really like the cover but it has a flaw. I have installed 2 different covers and they keep lifting on one side as well as attend the camera. I also have one on a Moto z and it is great. No issues.Date published: 2017-09-03Rated 3 out of 5 by ChrisT from Unclear Documentation for replacement self install I recently received a replacement for my invisible shield that I love, but had finally wore out. The replacement came in the mail, but the documentation and online videos leave many aspects unclear. I got the new shield installed finally, but I doubt it will last very long and will likely need to be replaced again very soon. Unless better instructions are available, I'll leave it to the professionals at AT&T to instill from now on.Date published: 2017-08-16Rated 3 out of 5 by Jessa47 from Installed this and it works well. I received the newly manufactured iPhone 7 InvisiShield in exchange for my old one that was damaged. The product is good, however the new material of which it is made is not the previous tempered glass material. The new product is adhesive. It still does the same job I assume, but the tempered glass was preferable. If not applied correctly, you'll find yourself fixing and reattaching, trying to attain perfection or simply trying to get the air bubbles out. I'll just have to wait and see if it does the same job when my phone drops.Date published: 2017-03-04Rated 3 out of 5 by Ms Base from Bubble up I brought it in October. And when i been there to replace they told they can replce it. What the heck is wrong. I paid that much money for a single glass transparent cover because i thought i would get a replacement when its broken.Date published: 2018-01-11Rated 2 out of 5 by Trsturk from Meh The back is flimsy and I already switched back to my old case. The back wouldn’t stay shut. I took it in to AT&T today for them to put it on and I found out that my original screen was glass and the replacement one wasn't. I think that when I have to put in the date I bought the product, somehow I should be able to put exactly what I bought because the cost of the new one was $14.99, but I originally paid $45 for my glass one. I want my screen protected on my phone, but I also liked the glass much better. I don't like the feel of this new one.Date published: 2017-09-27Rated 2 out of 5 by Kendyll01 from Bad This item was a replacement and came opened and re-taped. The invisible shield had three line scratches in it. Now I have to pay $5.99 more for shipping a new one, and I'll have no screen saver on my vacation.Date published: 2017-08-24Rated 2 out of 5 by Greene Bk from Hmm Have purchased this a few months ago. It's a great protector. Anti smudge and very clear. Have an iPhone 7 with an otter box. Just a bit disappointed that recently all it took for the invisible shield to crack was just be in my pocket. Couldn't believe it happened but guess that's how things workDate published: 2017-07-10Rated 1 out of 5 by AJone01 from Hard to apply I bought this product a month ago and I am very disappointed in it. I have applied many products similar to it and never had a problem, but this was by far the hardest to apply. There were many wrinkles and the squeegee that came with it left black marks on the protector. After I applied the protector, it scratched easily. I tried to call for a replacement, but the customer service was unhelpful and rude. All in all, great concept but go with a different brand. I removed mine the day I put it on. A complete waste of $20.Date published: 2018-07-14Rated 1 out of 5 by sparkles72 from 4 replacements in 4 months This product is very weak and not worth the money . Tired of replacing it.
