Chris Ahern
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ahern brings over 20 year’s international experience in sales leadership, sales operations and supply chain. In his previous role to ZAGG, Mr. Ahern served as Sales Operations Director for Dell Products in Europe, Middle East and Africa supporting a $4B indirect business.
Mr. Ahern holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Dublin City university.
Taylor Smith
Chief Financial Officer
Taylor Smith is the CFO of ZAGG where he oversees accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal audit, and tax functions for the company. Prior to his promotion to Vice President, Finance & Accounting, Mr. Smith served as Director of SEC Reporting for ZAGG.
Mr. Smith is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a B.S. and a master's degree in accountancy from Brigham Young University.
Jim Kearns
Chief Operating Officer
Jim Kearns has more than 30 years of experience in business & process transformation, customer loyalty, and operational management. Prior to joining ZAGG Inc, Mr. Kearns served as vice president of global operations for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. In this role, Mr. Kearns led a global team responsible for the end-to-end management of all Hewlett Packard Enterprise orders from order receipt to cash and for providing pre- and post-sales support.
Mr. Kearns earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the Institute of Commercial Management.
Nick Fedorchak
Chief Strategy Officer
Nick Fedorchak is the Chief Strategy Officer at ZAGG and has extensive experience across corporate finance and strategy. His primary focus is to create thoughtful, data-driven analytics to drive well-informed, strategic decisions across the business. Functional expertise includes FP&A, financial modeling and reporting, budget development, cash flow forecasting, strategic frameworks, acquisition analysis, capital planning and scenario analyses. Nick enjoys spending time on the golf course with his wife and two daughters.
Mr. Fedorchak received his MBA from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University and a BS in Finance from Oakland University.
Abby Barraclough
General Counsel
Abby Barraclough manages ZAGG's legal department and oversees outside legal service providers. More specifically, Ms. Barraclough manages the company’s contracts, intellectual property and compliance matters, and also provides regular training for ZAGG’s employees on legal and compliance issues.
Ms. Barraclough received her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Weber State University. She is a member in good standing of the Utah State Bar and is also a registered patent attorney in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
