Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unacceptable customer service I was very pleased with this purchase until it stopped charging 17 days later. Very light weight user friendly. When I returned it to the Verizon store all they could do was register a malfunction and request a replacement to my house at my expense. 21 days later still no reply? You have a good product, don’t screw it up with poor customer service.
