Reviews & Questions
InvisibleShield Original for the Apple iPhone 5/5s/SE (Case Friendly) is rated out of 5 by 94.Rated 5 out of 5 by tabu79 from great stuff! My daughter's phone window broke so when she replaced the phone she bought a ZAGG. No more problems - free replacement when the glass broke with no hassle. When I got my phone, I automatically bought a ZAGG. Easy to apply, and peace fo mind. Thanks for a great product!Date published: 2017-08-30Rated 5 out of 5 by Stuckemn from Does what it's supposed to I bought my first one two years ago and it is now starting to peal off. If you are like me and keep your phone for more than two years then the warranty is great because they replace it when it starts to fall apart.Date published: 2017-06-30

I used the screen protector successfully on my phone, so I got one for my daughter's phone. Unfortunately, not only did her invisible shield crack, so did her screen. Is there any warranty for the screen it's suppose to protect? Or only for the shield?Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, our limited lifetime warranty only covers the replacement of the InvisibleShield.Date published: 2016-05-23

How do you tell that the protector is actually on? I applied mine about a month ago and now have visible scratches. I can't tell if that protector ever went onHI! You can usually see that the Original film is on your screen. It looks very different from the glass on your phone. is this the screen protector you spray stuff on then stick it to your screen?Yes, the original uses the spray to applyDate published: 2016-05-11
Can I apply this over an already cracked screen to prevent it from breaking more?We do not suggest it, as the adhesive may not stick on crack surfaces.Date published: 2017-08-23
Just purchased a shield for iPhone 5, 5s/5c. It's too small for my phone...watched the instructions, and his fit the phone...what can I do about it? Don't want to return it to the same store, and they're probably all the same in that batch. You may have purchased the Case-Friendly cut of the InvisibleShield, which is cut smaller to fit with cases. Visit the product page to see the different cuts available. http://www.zagg.com/us/en_us/invisibleshield/apple-iphone-5-5s-screen-protector/original-apple-iphone-5-5s Thanks, ZAGGDate published: 2016-12-29
I have a shield on my phone and it's got a decent dent in it, is there a way I can just smooth it out ? Everything is fine with tit other than that ! It' really difficult to get dents out of out film shields. I would suggest registering your shield and ordering a replacement. Please visit https://www.zagg.com/us/en_us/customer/account/login/ to login and register your shield. You can order a replacement shield here as well. Once you receive your replacement, you will need to send us your cracked screen as proof of purchase. Hope this helps!Date published: 2016-07-20
