Questions

Bought a invisible shield for my note 9, but I don't exactly know which one I got? The descriptions are pretty similar from the glass curve and the glass curve ultra...is there any way to tell which one I have and also which is better.

Hi, I'm not a Zagg rep. I am a customer like yourselves BUT I did speak with 3 of them, a few days ago, regarding my glass curve elite, in great detail. I can confirm what PWhiddy stated is in fact the difference between the two. I will also pass on some info provided by one of the reps who stated he has seen/heard from quite a few customers the regular glass curve, NOT the elite, actually fits better or is preferred,, over the elite, by users. I personally have not tried the "'regular" one BUT I have one on it's way too me as we "speak". The elite does not fit my device properly & I've been a die hard fan of Zagg screen protectors for MANY YEARS.. I've NEVER experienced ANY problems with ANY of my previous screen protectors. This is a first, for me. He also confirmed he started hearing/learning of issues with their protectors, after the GS7 series of devices.....in other words, beginning with the GS8. The issues are still present with certain products within the 9 series phones, like the glass curve elite for the Note9. I'm definitely not trying to persuade you to go with one over the other as you may not experience the same thing as many of us have/are, but figured I should respond & let you both know what I had literally just been told, a few days ago, by a Zagg employee. (This was via an online chat within the Zagg Company website.) I hope this info helps!

I see a lot of reviews saying screen, especially edges doesn't adhere well, especially w/cases. Has this issue been resolved? Also issues with it being fragile?

I have the curved glass screen protector on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I dropped my phone the other day and only the screen protector broke. My phones screen was fine. The best thing to do is install the screen protector and leave the phone out of its case for at least 24 hrs.

Are these screen protectors fully adhesive on the back, or just on the edges like normal? I hate the "oil slick" effect that occurs with these screen protectors.

Asked by: MoreGluePlease
The Glass Curve Elite is a full adhesive shield.
