Highly recommendDate published: 2017-09-16Rated 5 out of 5 by bill567 from Saved my Phone; Anxiously Waiting for Replacement The phone fell off my truck hood, hit some gravel and shattered the Zagg shield. The phone was in perfect condition after removing the shield. Now I'm waiting for the warranty replacement so I can continue using the phone as before.Date published: 2017-09-16
What is the difference between case friendly and screen?Standard shields will cover the face of the device all the way to the edge. Case friendly shields will cover most of the screen but leave an intentional gap around the edge to allow for cases to fit and not interfere with the shield.Date published: 2016-01-07
Is there two different types of glass? I'm referring to the option to make it case-friendly.Case-Friendly is only a slightly smaller version that makes a better fit when using a case.Date published: 2015-05-04
Hello, I am trying to activate my warranty for my s6, please advise. I checked with my carrier and they confirmed my coverage, but I am having trouble locating it on your website...We do not do warranties for mobile devices, just the shields you purchase to protect them. If something were to happen to your shield it would be covered but if your phone cracked we do not cover it. Sorry!Date published: 2016-01-07

Whats up with that?I'm sorry that happened to you. We can't predict every fall and sometimes accidents happen. I recently purchased the glass screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S6. What I am noticing is that it doesn't look like it has completely adhered to my phone. All along the edges it looks like it isn't sticking to the phone. Is this normal? The glass has a harder time of sticking to the curves of the GS6, if you are still having problems, I recommend switching to the HDX as it is more flexible on the device.Date published: 2015-12-28
