Reviews & Questions
InvisibleShield Glass Curve Elite for the Samsung Galaxy S9 (Screen) is rated out of 5 by 1.Rated 2 out of 5 by Afuruholm from Bad features I've had this thing on my phone for a month now. The touch sensibility became quite bad so I had to enable the extra sensitive touch more and now when I write is messy because of that. It's just stupid with the black rim on the protective screen, as it just cuts off the original screen, so the edges often shows half or no letters in a text on the sides. This "feature" is even more annoying as you can see the edge of the screen on the sides of the protective screen. The only positive aspect is the free exange of the screen when it brakes.Date published: 2018-05-29
I went to a verizon to get a replacement and was told that these are faulty because they are not sticking to the screen is that why it's sold out online?I was wondering the same thing myself. Went to buy one in story and was told they were recalled for issues with sticking.Date published: 2018-05-26
Does the glue cover the entire glass surface including the edges? My glass shield fell off after about a month and the adhesive only seemed to be present on the edges. The rest of the surface didn't seem sticky at all.Date published: 2018-05-18
will the s8+ fit the s9+ since they are really the same sizeI bought the S8+ from Best Buy as the salesperson stated that it would fit. I was using the red alignment guide to put it on, and it cracked during installation. So I would say that the .06" or 1.5 mm in height might seem insignificant, but when you are trying to line in a curved piece of glass that needs zero tolerance, that is huge. The S8+ is 0.5mm smaller in the width than the S9+, which is about the thickness of 5 sheets of paper. The 1.5mm in height isn't much of a problem, as it would not not reach the end completely, but being smaller width wise in a curve, might be.Date published: 2018-05-18
My brand new, straight out of the box-Samsung Galaxy s9+ barely responds to my touch after I put the Glass Curve Elite on. My new phone is now basically useless as long as it stays on. Surely that must qualify for a refund? I can show you the film..My Galaxy S9 did the same thing. You have to go into setting and adjust the screen sensitivity on your phone! It works great now!!Date published: 2018-05-18
Best Buy told me there was a recall on these and the new one should be coming out soon. Has it been released yet?TMobile also told me about the recall after I first had my screen replaced the second day due to a major scratch and then that replacement completely falling off a month later. They couldn't help me replace it again because they were told to take all the product off the wall. I've never had a tempered glass protector perform so badly. The customer service person told me the recall was not true.Date published: 2018-04-02
Does this definitely not pop off if you use with a case? The Glass Curve Elite comes with full adhesive and should not pop of at anytime. It is also compatible with most cases.Date published: 2018-03-07

I am happy so far with mine. However Verizon put mine on and I had one air bubble for a few months now and noticed there was a little piece of lint or dust that was keeping the bubble so I removed the screen protector. Is there a way to reapply like new?No. Once the screen protector is removed, the adhesive will not be the same. We suggest reaching out to our Warranty team at 800-700-9244, as they can assist you with a replacement.Date published: 2018-05-21
