Cover for iPad mini 1 - White is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 47.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Little Keypad Used the warranty and was amazed at how easy the process is and how quickly they shipped a replacement. Been approx a month now and it's the best little keyboard for my fat little hands...would recommend to anyone.

Questions

Will it fit with the leather skin on my ipad?

Asked by: noneforme
I trimmed about a 1/4" slot out of the edge of the leatherskin where the hinge overlaps. Works great. Much more secure grip when holding the mini.

Is there likely to be a case released for the iPad that utilises the hinge technology and reader configuration as is available with the ZAGGkeys Cover for the mini?

Asked by: Matt
Actually this cover does not work with the InvisibleShield.  It will cause it to bubble up where the ipad comes into contact with the hinge and the slightly added thickness will make the ipad work its way out of the hinge on its own so that it does not stay in place.  Zagg messed up when they designed this in my opinion in that they should have allowed for a little more tolerances in the hinge area to allow for the use of their most popular product, the InvisibleShield.  Alas, they did not.

Will the Cover fit if I have a skin on my mini? Just basically a sticker to protect it from scratches (like a screen protector but for the back)?

Asked by: cw722
Yes, it should still fit with a skin or a screen protector.

Would this keyboard hold an ipad with a thin back shell casing?

Asked by: Anonymous
It will still be able to fit with an invisibleSHIELD screen protector, but not a case or cover.

Ii received my ZZaggg keyy ccover yesterday.  Just wondering if  it is typical thhat i get all these double kkkey strokes.  Neever had this witth any other keyboard.

Asked by: jds29
That happened to me a lot with my very first iPad gen1 Zagg keyboard.  It happened most often when it needed a charge, or to be blown out with canned air.  Eventually I just had them replace it and the next one never did it.

Does the Zagg Cover and Zagg Folio for iPad mini cover both back and front of iPad mini?

Asked by: Sweety
You will need to purchase an invisibleSHIELD for the screen separately.

can you take a picture from the back in the reading mode?

Asked by: jackson
No. The rear camera would be facing the keyboard and would not allow you to take a picture.
